About the UCLA Campus Calendar

What is the UCLA Campus Calendar?
The UCLA Campus Calendar is the university’s comprehensive event listing, including arts, athletics, academic, and student events.

Who publishes the UCLA Campus Calendar?
The UCLA Events Office has published the UCLA Campus Calendar for over 25 years, first as a printed mailing, then electronically on the InfoUCLA system and now on the Web.

How can I list my event on the UCLA Campus Calendar?
All events listed on the calendar are authorized through the UCLA Events Online intranet system. Here’s how it works:
  • When you reserve a campus venue for your event, the scheduler for that venue will send you a UCLA Events Online application to confirm your reservation.
  • When you complete the application, indicate “yes” to the question: Do you want this event considered for publication on the UCLA Campus Calendar?
  • The application will be reviewed by university officials (e.g. Fire Marshal, Police, Parking, etc.)
  • The authorized signatory (a department chair or Center for Student Programming adviser) will authorize the application.
  • Once confirmed through EOL, your event will be considered for publication according to the UCLA Campus Calendar Guidelines.
